miSystem
Mokalmat IVR System (miSystem) is an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) that consists of Mokalmat IVR Server (miServer) that answers the call, a Graphic User Interface (GUI) for development called Mokalmat IVR Flow (miFlow) and a web interface for making several adminstration tasks called Mokalmat IVR Admin (miAdmin).
miSystem supports all kind of interfaces Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) for Voice over IP (VoIP), Analog Lines Foreign eXchange Office interface (FXO) and Digital Lines wither SS7 ISUP, SS7 TUP or ISDN PRI (E1/T1).
miServer
Mokalmat IVR Server (miServer) is the heart of our IVR, on which runs the call flows. It scans physical interface telephony cards that handles the connection to the Telephony interface and asssigns a predefined call flow for each Line. It also has miAdmin web Application embedded inside it for various administration tasks.
TopmiFlow
Mokalmat IVR Flow (miFlow) enables you to define the functionality and workflow of your call flow with just a few clicks. Our Flow-Designer provides you with an easy, drag-and-drop graphical interface to design and compile the flow-scripts used by the IVR system-miSystem. It permits the scripts to be customized and changed at any time in order to meet your current and future requirements. This ensures that your IVR is dynamic and open to change at all times in your ever changing business environment whenever you try to implement certain IVR behavior.
